潘泉 ，男 ，1961年出生 ，任职于西北工业大学自动化学院 ，教授 ，院长、教授、博士生导师、硕士生导师 。
主要研究领域为：信息融合理论及应用、目标跟踪与识别技术、光谱成像及图像处理、情报监视侦察大规模感知系统大数据分析与综合、无人机和微小卫星空天运动平台导航与控制、网络信息安全和现代保密技术
