CD11b-CD27-TINK cells are associated with the progress of Lung Carcinoma
摘要:
<正>Introduction:Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death and its incidence continues to increase worldwide.NK cells,as a major component of the innate immune systems, are involved in controlling tumor progression.Based on the recent discovery that intratumoral NK cells of NSCLC patients showed defects in the ability to activate degranulation, whereas they released abundant cytokines,we sought to understand the role of tumor-infiltrating NK(TINK)cells from a novel prospective, given that immature NK cells have poor cytotoxic function.
