<正>By contrast to T cells and B cells,the knowledge about the development and the functions of NK cells is still in its infancy,especially decidual NK cells which have many differences in the gene expression,development stages and functions compared to periphery NK cells.In order to implant and grow,the trophoblast cells from the allograft fetus need to invade the mother tissues and inevitably bring certain inflammatory reaction.How to control these inflammations and maintain tissue homeostasis is the key problem of embryo tolerance.Here we characterise four novel populations defined by CD11b and CD27,which can represent the distinct stages of
