<正>Background:The microenvironment of tumor is critical in the genesis,progression,and invasion of tumor.Most recently,it was disclosed that desmoplastic stroma induced by collagen deposition could lead to therapy resistance by limiting the intra-tumoral convection,diffusion and accumulation of antineoplastic agents.Therefore,therapeutic intervention by inhibition of deposition of collagenous proteins has been proposed.
