1 Ni/Al粉末合金的爆炸烧结研究

采用单管对称滑移爆轰的方法,对Ni/Al混合粉末进行爆炸烧结,期望得到高致密度并且良好机械加工性能的Ni/Al混合粉末的压实坯体。相关测试表明,其相对致密度达到98.7%,可以制备高致密度的Ni/Al粉末合金。电子显微镜照片显示,所得样品中Ni/Al粉末分布均匀,没有观察到有裂纹或空洞等缺陷,表明所得样品性能良好。
